The Hong Kong Academy of Industry and Innovation (HKAII) is an independent non-profit academic institution registered in Hong Kong. It is co-founded by two distinguished figures who serve as founding directors: Professor Li Jiange, a renowned scholar, and Mr. NEOH Anthony Francis, a senior barrister in Hong Kong. The Academy’s current President, Mr. Ge Jun, is a seasoned professional in the field of management education.

On December 8, 2024, HKAII held its official inauguration ceremony, witnessed by Mr. Qi Bin, Deputy Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Nearly 100 guests from various sectors of society in Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland attended the opening seminar held on the same day.

HKAII is committed to integrating resources from industries, investment communities, academia, think tanks, and policymakers. With a focus on the fields of industry, technology, innovation, and finance, the Academy conducts in-depth case studies and promotes the dissemination and sharing of knowledge through diverse channels such as education programs, exchanges, and publications. It aims to develop into a first-class research-oriented platform in the Asia-Pacific region within the next three to five years.
