CAI Yuchen (Irene)

Ms. CAI graduated from the Management School of Shanghai Jiaotong University with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade and a Master’s Degree in Economics. She also holds an EMBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).

With over 20 years’ experience in the consumer & retail industry and merchandise supply chain sector, Ms. Cai has developed expertise in corporate strategy formulation and execution, digital transformation, supply chain management, and organizational development, supplemented by extensive entrepreneurial and investment experience in consumer retail projects.

Through diverse roles including​​ corporate executive, investor, consultant, and entrepreneur, Ms. Cai has built deep end-to-end operational capabilities. ​​Her previous experience includes serving as​​: Managing Director at Accenture, Senior Vice President at Hotwind Fashion, Founding Partner of an e-commerce platform, and​​ 10 years of management consulting at global firms Roland Berger and A.T. Kearney.

​​She currently serves as​​ Assistant Dean and Industry Research Fellow at the Hong Kong Academy of Industry and Innovation.
